According to Jasper, Dolgun went ahead of the Heroes to Waterdeep along with a squad of Garrison soldiers to arrange quarters for the Heroes at the Crooked House Inn. Kamist knows this place well as he used to perform there in his not so distant past. Alobron and Egwaine of course know the location as well which is located on the southern end of the Virgin Square, so named for the virgins sacrificed in this very spot by Uthgardt Primitives prior to the establishment of Waterdeep. It is said that Uthgardt Barbarians still infiltrate Waterdeep on occasion to visit this place and pay homage less they be devoured by dragons. Most likely just a silly superstition though.
In any event, Kamist knows he should get a warm welcome from Tarquin; if not another job offer. Nice Hat.
